Takes about two minutes. We only share your details with the broker we match you to.

Why go through a broker at all?

Banks show you their own products. A whole-of-market broker in Northern Ireland can compare lenders including the local building societies and banks that comparison sites often miss, and they know which lenders are comfortable with NI specifics like Co-Ownership, rural sites and self-builds.

Access to more lenders

Brokers see products that never appear on price-comparison sites, including broker-only rates and lenders who lend on land, flats above shops and non-standard construction.

Local knowledge

The brokers we work with are based in Northern Ireland. They know the estate agents, the solicitors and which lenders will value a house in Dromara the same way they value one in Dunmurry.

Regulated advice

Every broker we introduce is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Their advice is protected, and if something goes wrong you have the Financial Ombudsman behind you.

How the matching works

There is no algorithm pretending to be a person. You answer a few questions, we read them, and we pass you to the broker best placed to help.

Read the full process, including what we do with your details.

  1. Tell us the basics

Postcode, what you're doing, rough numbers, and how to reach you. Two minutes.

  2. We match you

Your enquiry goes to one FCA-authorised broker in Northern Ireland who handles your type of case. Not a list of ten.

  3. The broker calls you

Usually within one working day. They give the advice, source the mortgage and handle the application. Their fee arrangement is agreed with you directly and disclosed up front.

Questions people ask before they fill in the form

Is this free?

Yes. You pay us nothing. The broker pays us a fee for the introduction, which doesn't change what you pay them. Brokers in Northern Ireland are often fee-free to the client because the lender pays them a procuration fee; where a broker does charge, they tell you before you commit to anything.

Are you a mortgage broker?

No. We are an introducer. We don't give advice and we don't arrange mortgages. We put you in touch with a broker who is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, and they take it from there.

Who gets my details?

One broker, named in our privacy notice, chosen for your type of case. We don't sell your details to a list of firms and we don't pass them to anyone else without asking you.

Do you cover all of Northern Ireland?

Yes. Any BT postcode. Most of our enquiries come from greater Belfast, Lisburn, North Down and Ards, but the brokers we work with cover the whole of Northern Ireland.

What if I've been turned down by my bank?

Tell us in the form. A refusal from one lender is not a refusal from all of them. Brokers deal with lenders who take a more individual view of self-employed income, credit history and unusual properties.

Ready to talk to a broker who knows Northern Ireland?

Two minutes of questions. No fee. A broker calls you back, usually within one working day.
